I'm back!!
Hello all.
I realize that it's been a while, a long while, since I have blogged. I do have some excuses, but I don't feel like writing them down. Instead, I will just let y'all know what is going on in my life.
- I have a new place! I have moved out of the Hovel to live in an apartment with Jeremy (Jiggy) Visser. The apartment has a cool location (King and Queen), a cooler price, and it's huge. Names being thrown around include The Bullpen, or The Clubhouse, or something baseball-y themed that reflects the interests of its residents. It should be ready for visitors in a couple weeks, at which time anyone is more then welcome to come visit.
- I had two successful baseball seasons. Both teams that I participated on this summer won the championships! The win by the Lions was quite dramatic and special as it is the first year we have played together, while the win by the Hicks was impressive as it officially commemerates a dynasty.
- Work still sucks
- I have discovered the joys of Curb Your Enthusiasm. For those of you who do not know, Curb Your Enthusiasm is a show on HBO starring Larry David. Larry David is one of the co-creators of Seinfeld, and George Costanza's character is based on Larry David. Larry plays himself, and gets into all sorts of mischief and quandries because of his George-like personality. It is hilarious.
- On a more serious note, my Beppe is not doing well. She has brain cancer, but does not want treatment as the last bout of chemotherapy was very tough on her. Prayers for her are appreciated.
That's about all that's new for now. As I am connected to the internet again, more frequent posts can be expected.

good to see another post from you buddy. sounds like a nice place. maybe i'll swing by the bullpen for some baseball playoffs... though with the jays and red sox out of it, i don't know if it's worth it...
anyway, i will be praying for your beppe.

hmm... i guess the other comment didn't work...
it had something to do with swinging by the bullpen and watching some october ball... but that it would be bittersweet because the jays and red sox are gone.
